You need to know what keywords your potential customers will use when they search for your product online. The more specific your keywords are, the more likely your potential customers will become customers in fact. You need to research to know what products are available to help answer their needs-after you learn what their needs are.

While one of the reasons most people get into Internet marketing is the ability to earn an excellent living (if you do it right), it usually is not the most important reason. The most important reason is to have more time to do the things you want to do, whether that is spending more time with your family, spending more time at the beach, or traveling the world.
